What is an New Patient Assessment?
New Patient Assessments are complimentary phone calls up to 15 minutes long which we use to give you a better understanding of what working with Shift looks like and to ensure you have all the information you need before you book your Discovery & Diagnosis appointment.
Who is a New Patient Assessment for?
A New Patient Assessment is for anyone who isn’t sure if they want to book in, or if they’re not exactly sure what the process looks like.
Who will I be speaking to and what can I expect?
You will be speaking to a Bachelor-qualified naturopath. We’ll be asking you more questions about what it is you’re struggling with, discuss if and how we can help with that, and also answer any questions you might have before you move forward and book your Discovery & Diagnosis session. It’s a great opportunity to make sure that we’ve both got all the information we need so you get the most out of working with Shift!
